Exchanges and Returns

At Tulken Gear we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.  And that your order looks and feels amazing while empowering its wearer.  We understand that there are times when a purchase just isn’t right and you need to exchange or return an item.  When this happens, please follow our guidelines below:

Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns:

You must notify us at gear@tulkengear.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.  And items must be returned within 5 days of our response to your notification.  Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:

1. Contact us at gear@tulkengear.com within 30 days of the original purchase date to initiate the exchange process.  
2. In your initial contact please provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return, the reason for the exchange or return, and if an exchange please list the replacement item.
3. You will receive further instructions for returning the item.  Please return the item within 5 days of received the return instructions.  Return shipping costs may apply, depending on the reason for the return. In the event of a processing or shipping error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product) there will be no return shipping costs.  

For Exchanges:  
Once the item to exchange is received, we will exchange the item based on its availability.  If the new item is a different price, you may need to pay the difference or receive a store credit in the amount of the price paid for the item to be exchanged.

For Returns:  
Once the item to refund is received, we will inspect the item to verify the condition, then we will  process your refund to the original payment method.  Please allow the appropriate number of days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Items purchased during sales or promotions may have different exchange or return terms, including the possibility that an exchange or return is not allowed.  Please check the specific item for details.
