1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States to all states and territories. We do not ship to international locations at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed on holidays. High volume periods may cause order processing delays, however we will always work to limit these times. Additionally, we will always keep you notified of any delays with your orders. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday after your order has been processed. You will receive notification and tracking information when your order ships.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and season.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the total weight of your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team at gear@tulkengear.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your ordern and notify you of your order’s shipping status.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged please contact us at gear@tulkengear.com within 3 to 5 days of delivery. We will work with diligently to resolve the matter and replace the product. If your item is lost, please contact us within 3 to 5 days of the notified delivery date. We will initiate an investigation and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
